We take the ministry to our CBC’ers youngest very seriously because we know their time with us is some of their first impressions of a heavenly Father. When we look at them with love and smile to show our affection as we meet their physical needs, we are building a strong bond. This trust transfers to the big God we talk about with such joy and enthusiasm.

As a child grows older, we want them to know 3 important things in their very core to be true:
God made me.          God loves me.          Jesus wants to be my friend forever.

We also believe the concept of growing in small groups applies from an early age.  Check out this video from our Director of Children's Ministry, Cara Martens, as she shares about what small groups look like in kid's ministry.

Serving in Kids Ministry

Serving in Kids  Ministry is never boring!
We are always looking for awesome small group leaders on Sundays and we also have a group that meets on Wednesdays to help prepare the classrooms and materials for all the fun things we do.

We are looking to add a host and/or worship leaders in our elementary large group time too.

If you’re creative, once a month, we change our stages so they are fresh and new.

Parent Dedication

At CBC ,  we believe in Parent Dedications -
a time when parents share their commitment to raise their child to know the love of Jesus
and ask the church family to pray and help them accomplish this.

Our dedications are scheduled as needed when our families request them.

Media Opt Out Form

Sharing photos and videos of church family and events at Crossroads Bible Church is a privilege for us, and we intend to respect and honor it.

Crossroads Bible Church has several social media accounts (like Facebook and Instagram) and we’d like to share more of what’s happening on Sundays, in small groups, and at special events with our preschoolers, children and students (birth to teenager) on these sites or on our website.  We also occasionally record and take photos of children or adults in our church for internal use in our Sunday morning services.
Some persons may choose not to have photos or video of their child(ren) used and we respect their wishes. Therefore, we are providing this Media Opt-Out Form for families who prefer NOT to have their child(ren) photographed or video recorded for internal use and/or social media posts.
