This year, we're kicking off our Summer of Serve in a BIG way by packing nearly 50,000 meals for children around the world. By volunteering and donating, your generosity makes a huge difference in the lives of thousands of children in need around the world.  Feed My Starving Children (FMSC) is a Christian non-profit organization committed to feeding God’s starving children hungry in body and spirit.

**To make this event successful we need everyone to pitch in by donating and volunteering. Please scroll down for details, link to register to donate and/or volunteer, and a link to register for childcare for ages 5 and under if needed.**

Mobile Pack Schedule:

• Friday, June 27 – Set Up 5:00–7:00 PM

We need 10 people this day willing to help move supplies into the building and setup chairs and tables.

• Saturday, June 28 – Packing Sessions

We need 80 volunteers per shift, and you can sign up for more than one shift!

Packing Shift 2: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Packing Shift 3: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM

• Saturday, June 28 – Cleanup Crew - 6:00–9:00 PM

We’ll need 10 volunteers to help pack everything up when we're done.

Crossroads is covering the costs of this Mobile Pack, and we need you to help us raise the funds.

• We are asking each participant to consider donating $15 with a max $40 per family to help cover the cost of the meals we’ll pack.
• This donation is optional, so please don't let funds keep you from volunteering. Volunteers are crucial to this event's success, whether you can donate or not.
• Can’t participate in the pack that weekend? Please consider donating to support the event!

How do I volunteer and/or give?
**The event is private right now, so you'll need to enter the registration code "CBC2025" to access our event registration.**

• Here, you'll be able to donate directly to our Crossroads Mobile Pack by clicking the "Donate Now" button.
• You can also volunteer for a setup, pack, or cleanup shift (or two) by clicking the "Volunteer" button on that page. You may be prompted to set up a FMSC account.

Can all ages volunteer to pack?
Due to the nature of the mobile packs, please follow this student-to-adult ratio when registering to volunteer (these guidelines are set by FMSC):

• For safety reasons, children under the age of 5 are not allowed in our packing area
• Grades K-2: 1 student to 1 adult
• Grades 3-6: 3 students to 1 adult
• Grades 7-12: 4 students to 1 adult

 Please Note: Everyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult (an adult is someone 18 years of age or older).

Will there be childcare?

• Since children under age 5 are not able to participate in the packing, we will be offering childcare for packing shift 1 (10am-12pm) and packing shift 2 (1-3pm).
• If you need childcare for children ages 5 and under, you MUST register them no later than June 22.  In order to keep our ratios safe in the classroom, we will not be able to take children who have not registered. Register for childcare HERE.
