CBC Women's Christmas Brunch

Tickets Sales are now closed!
What is the CBC Women's Christmas Brunch?

Our annual brunch is a fun and festive event for women in our church body and community.   Enjoy a delicious brunch catered by Bistecca restaurant as you dine at one of our beautiful and creatively decorated tables.  We'll hear an inspiring message from our guest speaker Leslie Leyland Fields.

When and Where?

The Brunch will be held on Saturday, December 9.  The doors open at 9am for table viewing and the event will begin at 10am.  Crossroads Bible Church is located at 8101 Justin Road in Double Oak, TX (across from the Shops at Highland Village and near Bahama Bucks).

Do I need a ticket?

Yes!  Tickets will go on sale November 5 and the cost is $30 (plus online purchasing fee).  Your ticket includes brunch as well as a seat at a table in our sanctuary to eat and listen to our speaker.  Tickets must be purchased by December 3 and WILL NOT be available for purchase at the door.  You MUST have a ticket to enter so please ensure you receive a confirmation email with your ticket after purchasing.  Click on the red button at the top of this page to purchase a ticket.

Do I have to buy a ticket online or can I buy them at CBC directly?

All tickets must be purchased online through our online ticket agent.  If you need assistance purchasing, please email Andrea.Herndon@Crossroadsbible.org.

Can I buy tickets for a friend?

Of course!  You can order tickets for others on the Ticketbud site.  You will need to forward each guest their ticket and we suggest you follow up with them to ensure they've received their ticket.  If you are purchasing tickets for other guests, we strongly advise you to enter their name and email address and Ticketbud will email them their ticket directly.  If you choose to buy tickets without entering individual names, you will be emailed all the tickets and will need to distribute them.  You can print the tickets and hand one to each guest, you could screenshot each ticket on your phone or computer and email one to each of your guests, or you can hang on to all the tickets and meet your guest in the lobby to check them in.

Please note that we cannot guarantee that you and others in your party will be able to sit together at the event.  Unless you have arranged a seat with a table hostess directly, we will place you at open seating throughout the sanctuary. The best way to ensure you are able to sit with your guests is to decorate a table.

How do I reserve a table to decorate?

If you'd like to decorate a table for this year's brunch, you'll do that online this year.  Click the green button at the top of this page for all the details.  Please note that table reservations will be available only online this year, not in person, and after reserving a table you will still need to purchase tickets online.

I bought my ticket and now I can't go.  Can I get a refund?

All ticket sales are final and refunds will not be given.  The only reason a refund would be issued is if CBC has to cancel the event.
