  2. The Challenge Today: Truth and Reason.

    1. The spirit of the age: "All 'truths' are equally valid."

    2. The objectivity and knowability of truth.

    3. Theology is inescapable.


  3. How Should We Behave?

    • Pursue the truth. Develop biblical convictions.

    • Respect others' right of conscience to pursue truth.
      Treat them with courtesy and respect.

    • Depend on the Holy Spirit for wisdom in speaking.
      2 Timothy 2:14-15, 23-26

    • Speak truth in love. Demonstrate what we declare.
