How much does Vacation
Bible School cost?
Vacation Bible
school is free!
What are your drop off and pick up security procedures?
Doors open at 8:50am and children should be in class
by 9:00. Children should be picked up promptly
at 12:15 by a parent
or other adult and must be signed in and out with the
teacher. Only people designated "Authorized Pickup"
will be allowed to sign your child out. ID may be
requested. Check the daily "Where do I drop off and pick
up my child?" sheet for drop off and pick up locations (available at the
front desk).
What snacks will be served?
Monday - Teddy Grahams and water bottle
Tuesday - Sunkist Fruit-flavored Snacks and
water bottle
Wednesday - Goldfish Pretzel Pouches and water
bottle
Thursday - Kellogg's Fun Pack Cereals, Ginger
Snaps and water bottle
All
snacks listed above are nut-, milk- and egg-free.
In
addition, teachers may share candy or treats with
their class. If your child has a food or beverage
allergy, please be sure to indicate it when you
register and provide alternate snacks as needed.
My child
loves the VBS music! Can we purchase a CD?
CDs of the REACH VBS music will be available for purchase in
the front lobby for $10. Unfortunately, Picture
Purpose CDs are not available at this time.
My child
is earning tickets every day at VBS. Where can they be
redeemed?
Join us for Family Fun Night on
Thursday, June 23 at 7:00pm. We'll watch the last
episode of the VBS skit and worship together.
Following this assembly, children may redeem their tickets
to play great carnival games. Any unused tickets may
be spent during the school year at our Half-Time Concession
Stand. (Half-Time meets Wednesdays, 6:45-8:00 during
the school year.)
How does my
child earn tickets during VBS?
Children may
earn up to 7 tickets per day for the following:
1)
1 ticket for each Home Bible Study activity completed (3 tickets total - One
for memorizing Bible verse; one for reading
Bible story; one for completing "Map Book"). Home Bible Studies will
be given out daily and placed in the "Map Book"
folder.
