Director of Operations
I’ve had numerous jobs in life starting as an engineer designing gas turbine engines, then in engineering recruiting and ultimately leading a human resources department in a large microelectronics organization. Then I had a brief stint in management consulting and finally I spent close to 20 years as an entrepreneur. Looking back I see how God was preparing me for my current (and best) position working here at Crossroads. I get to do a variety of stuff with some desk work intermixed with working with my hands and alongside some pretty neat men who volunteer their time to take care of the grounds.
I’m the proud father of three wonderful kids and nine grandchildren and husband to Dottie which if you know her you can’t help but love her.
"My personal goal is to reflect a willing can do attitude to those I serve (even though I’m sometimes referred to as a curmudgeon) and to be a good steward of the property God has blessed us with. Foremost, my goal is to help Crossroads spread the message of Christ’s love and God’s grace to our community."
